  • On the one hand I was kinda disappointed as I was hoping it was going to be something granular-based, but on the other, I kinda like that (as per) they've come up with something a bit different and out there. I look forward to spending the next few weeks watching these videos agonising over whether I want / need / can justify buying this  Does seem to be a bit of a sound design playground I must say, and if I were to get one, I'm sure it would find its way into lots of new Waverley instruments...

  • I'm starting to wonder whether the reason you created Mood Units was to justify to yourself or a significant other the 'need' to buy a bunch of high end analogue gear @moodscaper 😂

@Gavinski - Guilty as charged! Just setting up another sample recording session this morning and it's a Moog / Strymon fest as per...

Can't help thinking this latest offering might go down better with the modular crowd especially if you can clock sync the sequencer. It's a bit on the niche side for a guitar pedal maybe? I'm assuming guitar players is still their biggest customer base.

So this is the way. Make an app to convince my wife that "we" need to get a bunch of sound equipment. Maybe she will let my buy a Linnstrument which I have been looking for in the last three months

  • Whatever works. I'll just be happy if you stop blaming my channel as your excuse to her 😂

  • Although these are „Foot Pedals“ it always hurts me to see some feet reaching for those boxes

  • Gorgeous! I would love this to bits but it’s definitely a premium device.

  • Damn. I just ordered my first hardware reverb but might be sending it back and copping this instead... well see the price

  • It's $429 at Sweetwater Music.

  • Alright, so where's the D____o clone? :D

Hey, it's Mutable Instruments Clouds' freeze function available in a pedal!

These guys make top of the line stuff, so I say more power to them for the price. Been foolin' people with my Iridium for a year now. However, it's a bit more than I'm willing to spend for a (admittedly beautiful) sounding reverb, especially since I don't have a stereo setup for guitar. The Boss DD-500 is my price breaking point for a pedal, and that was an exception because I'm a freak about my delays (and I hate to admit it, but as great as it is, I hate all the menu diving and would almost prefer something simpler. But I can't say that since I paid for it).

  • Hope to have more time to check the sonic possibilities. Was not really convinced by the Strymon videos. But mutable clouds freeze sounds really nice for ambient and drone compositions. Thanks for pointing that out man @oat_phipps
