Whoa, that’s better performance than I expected from a $15 app!
Could be very useful for sampling purposes...anyone know of similar apps and how they compare in terms of audio quality/amount of artifacts is stems?
This app, with some help from the Tone Boosters effects, could be a smorgasbord for feeding Koala.
@thesoundtestroom Good demo! And a very interesting app. You brought it out of the shadow again.....
Anytune is probably leading ios app in this genre:

Not sure about feature comparison. Anytune basic is free but many features requiring upgrading. One feature is streaming audio to AB and/or iaa compatible-apps.
Anytune has some really nice features if you are trying to learn material that requires slowing down. A mode where when you hit play it, it starts from the start position you set. So, you can listen and stop and press play and hear the passage from the beginning again. And then you can set the play start position a little later once you have nailed that passage.
You can set as many loop points as you want. Or marks, too.
It has a handy feature where if you set up a loop...let’s say a few notes you are having trouble figuring out, you can advance the loop so that the new loop starts where it previously ended. This is super handy when transcribing something where you need to go a few nots at a time.
One gripe I have with all the iOS slowdowners is that none have a feature like the great desktop Transcribe app (by a different dev) where you can tap in beat markers which is super handy when trying to keep track of where you are if you are notating or learning something with complicated changes behind it.
I can not import YouTube video. Anyone else?
Maybe you should read the app description in the App store.......
I read. Is a screen recording from iPad considered a DRM protected audio file? Amazing
It looks like that.
I just made a screen recording from youtube and was able to import it into Transcribe+ and slow it down and do all the things the demo allows. Try Koala to see if it can import your recording as a test. I'm still in ios 13 btw.
Yes it works both in koala and audiostretch. Strange.
