That looks really cool. Mozaic could technically do that...I need to get into the habit of finishing and releasing my Mozaic scripts, but otherwise, I'd be tempted to write something based on Artillery. It would take a very long time to write. I'm sure there are plenty of FX that would technically qualify as "keyboard playable", but not quite like that, I don't think. KoalaFX is a performance-friendly multiFX, you might be interested in that.
I think the closest you'd get is mapping music keys to mute on/off on a fully loaded Effectrix, for example. Or similar on Turnado, a note bound to an X or Y value on a pad so you could selectively mute/unmute your desired effects. In practice, I don't know how awesome it would be though. I kind of suspect not
I was thinking you could attach MIDI ADSRs to the "Wet" knob of various FX parameters, and combine that with one of the apps that can separate a keyboard into separate channels. Still a bit cumbersome and limited compared to the inspiration, but...
Yea, KoalaFX is great! That’s part of the reason i was wondering about this. Other reason is because I was playing a Novation Mininova and the “Animate” momentary buttons are very cool.
BTW, I should have titled this thread “how do you recreate The Finger in Drambo?” 😂
Tim Exile is the only musician iv ever known and Sam Barker. If im not mistaken theres a Sam Barker Musician so I assume its him. My mate knew them in Brighton so we hung out for a year. I was just practising scratching and boring him I guess talking up scratching. My mate who knew him said he is a producer mate and will likely get big. There was a night he did in a club that didnt have much people, so it was kind of personal. I got wasted and came to the conclusion his setup was God. He just told me to not fall on the gear.
about 04.
They were generally into techno wheras Tim made weird stuff.
and Aphex Twin. Around the same time in Brighton. Never seen him play but he was in a pub. The upstairs didnt have chairs but a balcony. Aphex Twin was sitting in the centre of a big fireplace. I had physcosis at the time. The same mate said go and say hello and shake his hand. I didnt because I said' what if he is the devil. Although it was only really me semi caught in bible phycosis ( maybe ) Its not difficult to see reasoning if you imagine Aphex Twin sitting in front of a fireplace.
@sigma79 Cool story Bro! (No really, i mean it 😊)
Hmmm, in NS2 you can send midi notes to Turnado.
