Sharing of projects in Audio Bus 2 concerns

From what I can tell you will have the ability to share projects from AB2, but it is collected on AB servers, so I hear.

It then can be downloaded from their servers to be used by others.

If this is the case, who technically owns the data once it's stored on those servers?

I remember the firestorm that ensued once google claimed it owned the data uploaded to its google doc's server. (Or any of their servers for that matter)

I think its time to revisit questions concerning privacy and ownership.

Can anyone spare any insight on this? @sebastian possibly? Or anybody?

    That's why we've added the Terms of usage for sharing. You can read it here:
    http://audiob.us/share-agreement

    I'm going to be absolutely honest: it's there to cover our ass, that's why the terms are stated as they are. If you do not agree with them, please don't share your stuff.

    Later on we're might have more finely grained licenses for you to choose from.

    @WMWM just don't share any presets including secret apps you may be beta-testing, and you should be fine :)

    The question had to be asked, or at least it should be.

    This explains a lot. Where will we be notified when this changes?

    BTW, @apptronica , I ainght no stinkin beta tester, I pay for my half baked apps;)
