  • @b0bert0 Longer file names would be nice, for sure. And yeah, I'd prefer the 'traditional' save workflow. But, shoots, just learning about/noticing the lock icon will help me a lot.

  • Word, DM1 is my baby. Aside from audiobus, it's my most essential music app. Almost all my songs feature it...

That said, if we're making requests, I've got a few...

    • options to disable or reduce/adjust quantization, or a humanize control (could be a slider like the swing control). Sometimes the sequences are too clean/perfectly timed. This is probably my biggest complaint
    • the mixer tab is great but I find the automation to not work very well. No matter how I adjust the height of the levels for each sample, it seems to be either on or off... It's like there needs to be more steps or gradients of change to make smoother transitions for a more realistic feel and sound
    • pitch wheel is super staticky/distorted as you dial it up and down
    • make it usable in the audiobus Effects slot. I like the FX panel in DM1 and it would be nice to use for affecting other input apps
    • even though I do love the fx panel and its design and type of effects, some of them could use quality improvement. The delay and reverb are interesting but kind of artificial
    • I still can't wrap my head around consistently using FX automation, it seems too complicated. Plus it's hard to get clean loops that have been fx automated since the end sound doesn't always match up with the start sound from an effects standpoint (if that makes sense)

Keep up the good work with this stellar app. Thanks for your consideration

    Jesse
