Micrologue arp C3 not working as expected
I cannot create new arpeggios in C3. Factory presets work fine. It just plays the first step but not the other 15 steps. I have tried on 2 different iPads. C2 arp works as expected on both devices. Is there a setting I need to have in place when creating an arpeggio from scratch or is there a bug here?
Many thanks

Hi @Jed,
Please let me have a short step description about the issue, so we can have a look.
Thanks
Lars
Confirmed. CB3 ipad OS 14.1 , - choose "init" preset , the arp seq is not triggered per step pitch shift.( only the first step is looped in "init" blank preset) .
Definitely something wonky with the Micrologue "Init" preset in C3...
...the supplied factory presets work fine as well as imported C2 Micrologue user presets using the arpeggiator/sequencer in C2.
I have no energy to troubleshoot this issue...
The Q&A/Beta-Squad should have been able to find this issue long time ago as it's pretty obvious glitch if they create new presets at all! (The supplied presets in C3 are the same as C2 so it's easy to miss when no new presets are created under C3 from scratch).
Need to get some sleep...
Cheers!
Hi all,
So far I'm unable to reproduce this.
When loading the Init preset, did you enable the APR via setting the ARP button to on (which is set to off by default)?
Please let me know the exact steps, or share a project where the problem can be seen.
Thanks,
Lars
Hi Lars, thanks for getting back in touch. Step by step is:
Create midi track
Touch on instrument
Select micrologue
Select init preset
Bring up the keys
Select arp/step
Turn on arp
Press any key
The arp starts to play but it is just a constant repeat of step 1. The pitch, velocity and length of step 1 can be adjusted but non of the other steps play so any adjustments to them has no effect.
The factory presets all work. As a work around you can load a factory presets and press Reset Steps. This sets all parameters back to a blank canvas so you can start from scratch.
Thanks
Jed
How can you not recreate it? Cmon
I did ? Just earlier .
I think he means Lars...
My bad
