Ik amplitube preset question

edited April 2014 in App Tips and Tricks

Hi! I bought the regular priced amplitube. But yet in the factory presets section, I can't open many presets because I don't own such and such pedal...?

  • Most of the presets involve the big pig, moller, pedals you have to buy extra as an in app purchase. It's the same thing in jamup when you go to the user sharing area it's hard to use many of them unless you own the whole app.

  • Thanks. It's just confusing because it is specifically labelled "factory presets"

  • No the difference is between factory and user presets. As in ones they made... And now you can make your own. See what I mean?

  • If that's true shame on IK. Prior to iOS would we have understood a factory preset to be "a setting that requires purchase of an IAP pack before it can be used".

I get what you mean about user shared presets in JamUp though.
