String Ensemble1 / My Most Realistic Acoustic Yet
I’m pleased with this. The best iOS acoustic emulation I’ve come up with so far. GeoViolin and Cello. Expression to the Violin, vibrato and harmonics, re-recorded on top of the midi notes.
(Note: in GeoShred you can plug in any SWAM instrument into a GeoSWAM recorded midi track. The GeoSWAM instruments will not plug into any other recorded midi track either third party or GeoShred patches.j
The background string section is comprised of PureSynthPlatinum String Quartet, BeatHawk All String Ensemble, and Module Chamber Strings.
This lead violin was improvised in a single take. Slight MIDI editing of notes.

Very nice sound and feel @LinearLineman. I am struggling with exactly the same expression issues on the Cello but as I only use AUM (got enough new concepts to grapple without a DAW) I think I have to do it real-time as I’m playing unless you know otherwise?

@WillieNegus, there’s not much to see. I’m not playing these instruments on the glass, and making the expression track is even duller. I do hope I’m encouraging users to try these instruments for themselves, however.
These are powerful sounds and they AUv3's work finally. Do they freeze cleanly in Cubasis?
iSymphonic sounds great but just doesn't freeze in Cubasis which really makes it less that
great.
@McD, I think they freeze ok. iSymphonic used less and less. Probably only used ten patches out of so many inapps. Still, the best we had two years ago.
