As well as the fantastic @Spidericemidas bank in Sunrizer's web library, he's done another bank for it which you can download here. Both are particularly rich in gorgeous pads – as are his various banks for other synths. I thought we had a thread with the links to them all but I can't immediately put capacitative finger on it.

Sunrizer is such a brilliant synth, still relevant after all these years.
My favorite pad sounds usually come from granular processing. iPulsaret, FRMS, iDensity and Borderlands all granulate live audio. I heard that in a coming update @deltaVaudio Spacecraft's would also act as a granular processor on live audio. I've been very eager since I learned that.
But pads is all about the processing imo. A Casio SK-1 can make excellent pads if you place it before blackhole + some additional parallel processing.

Glad you dig them. They took me ~ 6 hours to create. This is my very first trial at creating presets so none exist anywhere else. I will make more seeing as somebody dug them. Wow! Thanks! More presets are coming . . . I enjoy creating and sharing them as such "ambient"-ness in presets is very hard to come by, IMHO.

IMO, one of the best pad synths ever created was the Korg Wavestation. I’ve owned several different versions of the hardware. The iOS version is a one-to-one reproduction. Can even load the original sysex patches (of which there are 1000’s free online). Really wish Korg would make it an AUv3. I’d even buy it twice.

Thanks for these great ambient pad presets! Good use of the A/B morph on all of them. Sunrizer keeps coming back:) I feel like these must land in some permanent Drambo preset racks.

Any polyphonic synth that meets your personal standard requirements for sound quality will do. A few along the way might have a unique trick or two up their sleeve, but they by and large produce the same stuff.
i finally picked up FAC Alteza and have to say,why did i take so long to grab it,now i need to get the rest of his stuff,truly blown away
Some really awesome tips. So i'm just gonna add to the motto that, with whatever you have, with tweaking to the envelope and effects. Did this proof of concept a day someone posted that the chiptune gadgets from korg where useless for non chiptune tracks:
