Houman / Not Scott VanZandt
Something recent (edit: but not from @ScottVanZandt). Wait for the guitar. I assume this is all iOS... but he may have moved on. Would love to hear from him here. Hope you’re good, Scott.

That's not Scott. That's a Houman being. He doesn't hang here and lately neither does Scott.
Damn you StaffPad! He's buying $100 sound libraries and making music in an app that only crashes when you import MIDI and Music XML and ... at least it doesn't loose work in process or more than maybe a dozen bars.
Hey there! McD is correct. You must have found that in my repost section. On SoundCloud, you can repost other people’s work as a kind gesture so their music reaches more people.
These are my latest two pieces and they were both created in StaffPad on iPad.

Hi @ScottVanZandt, well, at least I flushed you out! I enjoyed Daybreak, especially following along with the score. Very talented and hard working, as usual. Have you explored the SWAM instruments on GeoShred? Hope all is well with you.
I'm boycotting SoundCloud (to lower my cholesterol) but I will make an exception to listen to these 2 pieces.
What are you favorite StaffPad Libraries? I tend to buy the cheap ones like Ambience One and Two (which is NOT 2 times the size). Guitars One which is full of banjo sounding crap.
And Tina Guo Cello which is cool because her last name matches the instrument she plays.
I'm probably going to make my first big purchase one of the CineSamples products... probably the choir to get access to those Latin Vowels to write Omen music. "Do-te-so-lah... do-the-so-leh-mi-re-do". I want to create a Demonic Opera written entirely in Solfege. Another joke for @LinearLineman.
We have missed hanging out with a ol' school musician that uses a pencil controller.
Thanks Michael! I do really like the GeoSWAM instruments and I plan on using them in future pieces. I can see them working well with a smaller group of accompanying instruments like piano, double bass, and marimba.
I think my favorite library so far is the Cinebrass. The 12 French Horns patch has an enormous sound and the legato transitions between notes are seamless.
Looking forward to your demonic Solfege! 🙂
I guess it would be more of an Oratorio using a Choir. Still... it will be great for
any movie with a creepy little kid to make them menacing and not just like your random
brat.
I could call the Oratorio "Black Friday" in honor of anther Cinesamples discount. They just had a 40% off sale and I couldn't do it but IOS apps are just not catching the itch lately.
Except for the $90 on GeoSWAM instruments and the $150 on TH-U Amp Sims and the assorted FX for mumble, mumble...
