I agree, all these videos are like that, reading through the text on screen. Almost as if it's filler. Almost as though it makes a video with 4 1/2 minutes of content now clock in at over 12 minutes.
Buuuuut that couldn't be due to the fact that over 10 minutes is the magic number for youtube's monetization algorithm to kick in? could it? .
If the video is over 10 minutes you can place mid roll ads, you can insert an ad every 2.5 minutes if you want, and YouTube rewards this by ranking these videos higher.
not a big deal unless the content starts to suffer as a result
