  • Wandered into my local record store Rub A Dub to find this, the man himself playing a set and drinking (no doubt) luke warm Scottish beer. It’s not really a great showcase of the man’s material, the audio quality is terrible but is amusing for the slightly inebriated chap warning, store guy Dan repeatedly that the camera’s about to fall over, which it eventually does, and Robotnik’s nonplussed smiling response to it all, lost in his craft. Also nice to walk in and see an old geezer, without any hint of pretension, giving it laldy (sorry the clips brought out my Scottishness), encouraging for us non trendy old geezers out there. Turns out this was all eight years ago now according to YouTube, time flies.

  • I had the pleasure to play with him...in Bucharest years ago. Really cool guy! He spent time in India...learning some sort of traditional instrument.
