The Jens Guell apps are on sale...
I had a read of his news via one of my apps.
His apps are on sale from 23rd through to the 30th November.
Model One, JAX Convolutor PE, JAX Decimator and
JAX Stereo Tool are also back up on the App Store.
His website has also been updated.
Very cool.

Cool. Thanks for the heads up.
@Gravitas have you used these?
Yup.
I have the ones that I've already mentioned and a couple of others.
I almost always use !MakeLouder and Stereo Tool when I master my tracks.
Giving you the heads up, they don't properly
state save yet and he's working on a fix for that.
If I didn't have Thafknar I would get the Convolutor Reverb
as I already have Convolutor PE other than that I've been
trying his public beta series apps which I like and there's a new
version of the Stereo Tool which is multiband.
Once his current beta series go live I'll definitely be
getting a couple of them to add to my collection.
They sound good and I like the originality of his gui designs.
Cool. Thank you!! I will snap them up.
You're welcome.
Have fun.
In my experience, Convolutor Pro was problematic—unless he has addressed the issues. When I last used it, I noticed that the reverb would completely drop out when the source got too quiet and was told that it was by design...and at that time was told that there wouldn’t be any changes because it wasn’t profitable enough for him to spend time on. I also found that there was no way to delete imported IRs...and deleting the app doesn’t delete them because they are stored in the app group to which all of his apps at the time belonged. So, I had to delete all his apps and re-install to reclaim the space. I also found its performance on an iPad 6 inconsistent compared to what became my preferred IR.
YMMV. Some of his apps are great. Perhaps he has addressed these issues. But it doesn’t appear that there has been a new version since I last used it.
JAF Filter Collection us great!
Yes, love the filter collection despite the interface. Quick question, are those recent 'wrapped units' releases in many cases the same as the various native tools like the limiter available for free in AUM? Those are also basically wrapped versions of apple's code, is that correct?
They are Jens’ u.i. wrapped around Apple’s audio units some of which are quite handy. I am not sure if some of AUM’s DSP effects are built on them or not.
They are.
@j_liljedahl has confirmed this.
Those are some UI’s eh?
Thank you for the very useful review. Has been on my list but might just remove, if the dev won't stand behind it. So what became your favorite convolution reverb on iOS?
Thank you, as I thought, and worth pointing out for AUM users so they don't end up needlessly buying twice though for sure there are some that Jens has wrapped that are not available in AUM.
THAFKNAR
Thanks @espiegel123 ... appreciate your insights. Just picked up SIR3 today and doubt anything on iOS will come close, but would still like an IR loader option.
Have you seen his new Pitch Shifter app? Pretty amazing...
How does it compare to other pitch shifters out there? Any chance you could post some examples.
I have been underwhelmed by most of the options on iOS so far.
Here we go
Thanks for this. Good to see functionality
Here is another example with GeoShred...let’s imagine with a real guitar
