Bud bundle purchase price higher than the remaining two apps.
Hmmm... I don't understand. I already own StepBud. The bundle would add RhythmBud ($4.99USD) and ScaleBud ($4.99USD) for a total of $9.98. The bundle price was $11.99, which is two dollars more. When I purchased the bundle, I expected to get credit for already having purchased StepBud, but not so.
If I don't get such a refund, then Cem can have the difference for being such a great dev, but that's sure not how this has worked in the past.

You got StepBud in a sale.
OK, I can understand that, but back up a step. I could have purchased The other two apps outside of the bundle and it would have been $9.98. When I bought the bundle I paid $11.99, effectively buying StepBud twice.
I've written Cem. I won't press too hard because I support him as a developer, but I overpaid for RhythmBud and ScaleBud by $2.
It’s not Cem, it’s Apple. They have a formula for calculating the price of a bundle that deducts the price you paid for what you already have, rather than the current price. Nothing the dev can do about it. What did you pay for StepBud?
I received the charge from Apple and in fact I did only pay the difference. Thanks to Cem (or Apple)...
