This update is great, haven’t tried yet but now POLYPHONIC with MULTIPLE SEQUENCER LANES! Awesome!
Absolutely. Goes in the same spot as fugue machine now. 4 completely independent play options. Really cool. I am guessing though that we will not find many people here who haven’t pulled the trigger
I've not pulled the trigger on Riffer yet but today's update makes it very tempting. I especially like the look of the new MIDI Learn feature.
I was thinking whether to go for the bundle with Playbeat or not.
Have all the previous kinks been ironed out of both apps now?

i still can’t figure out how to save presets in any of their apps, it Fs up every time i try lol
but makes great sequences
I always use state saving for this. I don’t see Riffer as a preset machine. Amazes me every time I open it up and then when i like it. I save the aum project.

Only my first few minutes with it so I may be missing some of your issue, although it seems I was able to save a preset to a slot using the icon bottom left and tapping a slot.
Maybe it’s not saving some parameters for you?
when i try to save what i’m currently working on so i can cycle thru a couple patterns to build a track it seems like i keep over writing my preset somehow, idk lol it’s a strange system imo i’ll have to find their tutorial vid on it i guess 😂

Hey, when app seems is idle in background uses a lot of battery. I had huge drain on my iPhone 8+ in past couple days and checked this morning my battery stats and Riffer took up 30%! 😱
