How do you fine tune your sampled tones?
How the heck does this guy figure stuff out so fast ?!?
I was waiting for this, thanks!
Semitones aren't what I'd call fine tune.
Export is still a bit wonky and not working properly with the latest update?!
Create one pattern and drag it to the sequence for export and boom only a 4k sample (.wav header) is written to disk.
Drag an empty pattern to the end of the sequence and it works, drag the same pattern twice and it works sometimes which is an improvement over the last version which required two different patterns to work properly.
At least the export of the 'master' no longer baked it into a zip file
It would also be handy to trim the recorded samples (like for example a long-tap on the waveform to cut out the slack outside of the locators).
Export is 16-bit (44.1 or 48k depending on the device it's running on).
24-bit and an option to choose sample-rate would have been nicer.
I know Apple has messed up the sample-rate issue on iOS devices which is a pita...
(It's still a mystery why a hardware locked 48K device records video with a 44.1k sample-rate when 48k is de-facto standard for video, that's Apple for y'all).
Flip will get there in due time but it's not there yet...
Cheers!
