A very nice sounding universal delay AUv3 for iOS by Jonatan Liljedahl, the developer of AUM. As well as delay, it can also be used for chorus, flange game, tape noise and warbling effects, and has the pleasing ‘dub’ sound associated with classic tape delays. It has a simple and intuitive interface, is quick to dial in and comes with a LOT of presets.
This is the second release in the audio unit update series of Kymatica’s classic AUFX series - despite the name, previously these apps were only available as IAA, and people have been waiting for them to appear as AUv3 for a few years - finally the wait is over.
App store link and description (this has just rolled, be patient if it is not in your local app store yet)

It’s in the US as well!
I'm so glad these FX Apps are coming out in AUv3 form. They have nice features beyond a simple one trick pony and the UI's are elegantly laid out. I love a good slider... knobs are counter-intuitive on a 2D surface.
Definitely not one trick ponies... Push being probably the most versatile comp.
Thanks!
Nice to hear, what is so versatile about it?
I agree McD, I prefer sliders, you always know where you stand. There’s never that fear of ‘is this a rotary knob’ - the knobs in something like Fugue Machine drive me up the wall!!!
The features themselves set it apart from most of the competitors.
It’s a fully featured dynamic processor:
noise gate, up/downward compression, sidechain with filters, advanced control over your dynamics curve... literally every task that requires some sort of dynamic processing can be done in Push, from natural to smashing... little things like clear metering for I/O stages and GR is a must for any comp, and I’m in general a big fan of the design.
I hope this won’t put anyone off, but it’s probably not the best first comp. There is a lot in there, and in inexperienced hands there are many ways to go wrong and do more damage than good, BUT if you take time and learn Push, you’ll be able to transfer that knowledge to any and every comp out there.
Tbh, I haven’t touched Push since AU became a thing. But from my memory - from that time no other comp sounded/behaved like a comp on iOS. That’s no longer the case but Push in my book remains the reference point, just like AUM for iOS hosts.
Both the remaining AUFX's (Push & PeakQ) are the ones I'm most eagerly waiting for
Not sure I need PeakQ, but Push is definitely worth having.
What do you think is special about PeakQ today with so many newer options? Curious
Great news - this is my favourite delay - I just love the fine tune parameter on it.
PeakQ is quick and easy to use and has a nice analyzer to boot...
...last time I checked it was way, way easier on the CPU than the others even as an IAA.
Low & High Shelf and two parametric bands goes a long way.
Push is very good when it comes to level manipulation with, gate, compressor/expander and limiter and with AUv3 multi-input it will do proper side-chaining as well.
And I like the clean UI design of the apps.
Cheers!
What's the max delay time on this? Looks like it goes pretty long.
I know all EQs should sound the same, but I got my best vocal and acoustic guitar sounds from PeakQ. I’ve still got my settings saved on my old iPhone so I’ll copy them into the new PeakQ soon as it is born.
5 seconds. Not the longest delay, but still quite good.

Having touch problems on iPhone XR in AUM just checking it out. No big deal though for me, I’ll only be using it on iPad.
And there's a "mute in," so you can use it as a looping delay. Brilliant. Definitely putting this one on my to-buy list.
@oat_phipps that looks like the (iOS 14-related?) issue that has been mentioned elsewhere with other apps, one workaround is to switch to vertical orientation then back to horizontal, does that help?
I have reused my good old IAA AUFX:DUB just to remember if it was that good...and yeah, it is very very good. Just bought it.
Would it be possible to extend the delay time to 10 hours? I'd like to be able to use it as an alarm clock by playing back my own voice.
You want to wake up to an echo of your own voice saying ‘I’ll do the dishes in the morning, I’m knackered I’m off to my kip’ ...... scratch, scratch?
