My question is...what's going on with the drums? Do you have some sort of compressor on them that's causing the attack to pop out and clip?

I will say one positive I like is you going for the classic dubstep sound rather than brostep. What apps did you use?
The drop is a good one. Well if its the one at 1 minute in. I like it.
Mixing and mastering will give it more umpf
