Artiphon Orba fixed by IOS 14.3 update
Glad to say that this latest iPad update has fixed whatever Apple broke in Bluetooth, and a month after I bought it, I am at last able to use the Orba as I intended all along, as a super-portable literally pocketable, (it’s the size shape and heft of something like two thirds of a baseball) hand held Bluetooth input device for my IPad synths. And first impressions (finally!) are that it works great, run through Rozetta Scaler into Atom in AUM, driving Continua just like any keyboard. The companion app is supposed to be getting scales on its own account, yet to see em, and it is MPE capable too, but this set up renders the scales issue moot. It has mobile phone like gyroscopic detection inside, which you can use to add expression too. Going to have to try this out with All The Things now...
