Tonestack bpm sync option
Hi guys just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this problem I've found.
PS. I have tried to register to Yonac's forum but there confirmation email system seems to be down, anyway that's not my problem. Im using GTL as master clock within Ableton link, I have tonestack as input effects. When I pull up a preset with delay, it doesn't delay in time with master clock, the master clock in tonestack is correct but the delay bpm is at the speed of when the preset was saved. If I tap tempo it fixes the delay speed until I go to another preset then come back to delay preset then the delay is back to its saved speed which is unusable! Has anyone ran into this problem and found a solution?
Yes I have unchecked where it says "use tonestack as midi clock"

Is Ableton switched on in Tonestack itself?
Have you switched off ,'use internal clock',...?
All of the delays in Tonestack have a toggle
switch or button that sets sync on and off.
Have you tried those?
Yes to all the above, Ableton link works fine in regards to sending the clock sync as I can see the correct tempo in tonestack. The delay speed doesn't follow the clock speed even though bpm sync is enabled. I can tell its a bug as when I tap tempo it fixes the problem until I go to another preset and then back to the delay preset, the delay is then out of time.

Okay, I don't have GTL.
I have Tonestack in a configuration that I'm using in AUM.
As I almost always have reverse delay and Cosmic echo in the chain.
IAA's have a tendency not to work properly unless they
have been instantiated first when using them in AUM.
Maybe try instantiating Tonestack first when using it with GTL?
I'll try switching presets and tempo to see
if I can replicate the issue on my end in AUM.

Okay I've been doing some testing today.
There are something's that are a bit odd.
For instance the reverse delay pedal suddenly
jumped in level and then returned back to normal
levels when adjusting the delay length.
I'll set up a few presets to test the delays
properly and to see what else I can find.
I tried it in standalone and it has the bug too. This is how to replicate it. Set bpm sync on delay, put bpm lock on in metronome settings. Select delay preset and tap tempo, this will change the delay speed which is correct but now change to another preset and then back to the delay preset. The delay is now at the speed of when it was saved last even though the master clock says for example 200bpm, the delay is not following 200bpm
EDIT: The problem lies within studio delay and duckwalk delay, the other delays seem to work fine! I guess il just live with another delay
Cool.
Thanks for the detail description.
This narrows it down a lot more.
