    I've never experienced something like this. Do you mean a delay in the sound or GUI? I usually adjust all the dials in this DAW with a combination of my middle mouse wheel and shift/ctrl buttons -- feels instantaneous to me and any sound lag I get personally would be from cranked audio buffer or latency compensation.

    It’s a UI lag. As a noob I was adjusting stuff with click and drag, but the whole UI lags horribly. Might be all the docker containers I had running at the same time though. Thanks @OscarSouth, I’ll have to give it a go with nothing else running or wait until I’ve got an M1 Mac.

    I've downloaded the Mixbus demo a couple of times over the past few years, and it looks great (especially as I remember drooling over the Harrison console when it first came out and we were shopping for a mixdesk for our studio). I see the major advantage being the layout for those who have used actual consoles, and Harrison's 'analog' sound modelling.

    I was thinking seriously about it again now for $25 Cdn, but if I'm honest, I can get the SSL experience by using the mixer in Reason, which has even more control (more like the full Mix32 version). There are several ways to get the 'analog' sound through plug-ins anyway, so I declined, even at this insanely low price.
