Which MIDI app can send several MIDI CC with single button press?

Hey there,
I need an MIDI app for iPad that do following:

I press a button of my MIDI controller (Note or CC).

This pressed MIDI command should then trigger a chain reaction in the iPad MIDI app: sending a multitude (!) of predefined MIDI CC messages.

Example: I press a MIDI controller button 1x (!) to this MIDI app what results then sending some MIDI commands:

1 MIDI command CC01 127 CH1

2 MIDI command CC02 127 CH1

3 MIDI command CC08 127 CH1

4 MIDI command CC09 127 CH1

5 MIDI command CC15 127 CH1

6 MIDI command CC18 127 CH1

7 MIDI command CC21 127 CH1

8 MIDI command CC25 64 CH1

9 MIDI command CC26 64 CH1

10 MIDI command CC27 64 CH1

11 MIDI command CC28 64 CH1

12 MIDI command CC51 0 CH2

13 MIDI command CC52 0 CH2

14 MIDI command CC53 0 CH2

15 MIDI command CC54 0 CH2

Is there an MIDI iPad app availabe can do this?
