"Freesound.org" AUV3 player, would it be possible?
Happy new year everybody!
I guess most of you know the website https://freesound.org
It contains one of the largest field recording catalog available on the internet. It's full of material for sampling and sound design. Most of them if not all are under Creative Common license.
It would be amazing to have a direct AUV3 app that would allow to play this audio files straight into AUM (or any other AUV3 host) without having to download them first and pass them true Audioshare. Something that could take advantage of the file player/loader find in AUM.
Maybe there is already that kind of utility or an easy going alternative but I haven't heard of it.
What do you guys think?
Any dev here to say if that would be doable?
( Btw, I remember Audioshare had a web browser for that kind of purpose long time ago, but it s been removed).

Maybe Web AU would work.

I would imagine it would have to be developed by the website itself, or they would not be able to track acceptance of the agreements for the various licensing types.
It might be difficult for freesound.org to capture that from a 3rd party app.
Web Audio Player definitely works here.
