app that will split midi out to multiple tracks?? iOS or Desktop

so ive got this midi file for a Chic track, and when i load it in Ableton, it loads as one file, all of the instruments are contained in the one file. Does anyone know of an app that will read this midi file in a different way? Split the individual instruments out to different channels ?

    if this track in GM format, you are in luck, Cubasis can do that for you. Simply import your Midi

    If instruments are assigned wrongly , you can re assign
