What about updates for Lemur?! Hopefully not dead...
Is Lemur dead? Is something new planned?

The website has still some SSL issues if I'm not wrong, means: no access to the user library. If someone has a backup of all files, a dropbox link would be very nice!
Anyway, here is the FB group for Lemur users: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1006772829336851/
Yes, there are some other apps, but...
TouchOSC: has no scripts if I’m not wrong and the editor is a pain (no permanent sync possible).
OSC: missing iOS standalone app without needed external computer.
MIDI Designer Pro 2: powerful but the design: ouch! My eyes! And no scripting.

I’m afraid it is.
Hopefully it will run for a while, but I wouldn’t expect updates.
The new/old TB midi stuff dev have shown some activity some time ago which is promising, but that can be still years away.
@0tolerance4silence
Ouch!
And the latest update of TB MIDI Stuff is 6 years old.
Yep. There was no sign of any activity for years, which is why I was happy to see something.
We need a rebirth of these types of apps.
Lemur is very cool! But this pixel moving...
Feels like MS Pain... äh MS Paint.
the website is available on my studio computer, but I see that it is not available on the computer I am typing right now. The forum is also working again and populated with recent posts. There was an update for the Mac editor as well. Just recently I used two iPad2 with my custom template, connected via OSC to Harrison Mixbus 32c, and it worked just fine. I believe Lemur is a mature app that does not really need to be updated every month. The website (and the forum) should be available without problems, that's true.
An app isn't "dead" until it stops working and the developer declines to fix it. Or until it no longer shows up in your purchased items because the developer has removed it or declined to continue to pay their Apple tax.
I always loved TB Midi stuff and Lemur for different reasons. Never took to TouchOSC. Despite that I think it's ugly as heck, I only use MIDI Designer Pro 2 now. It's rock solid, has a great history of ongoing development, and does much of what TB and Lemur can do (at least the most important parts for me). I just gotta kinda close my eyes when using it.
Lemur no more !

That's bad for anyone still using it. I tried to use it on/off over the years, but it never quite worked for me.
Started to use the new TouchOSC and it's fantastic and it works well for midi and osc.
Ouch.
The most annoying fact is that the last downloadable Appstore version crashes on my iPad! 🤬
