Waves L2 ultramaximizer equivalent limiter on iPhone?

I am looking for a limiter similar to the waves L2 Ultramaximizer that can run on iPhone ~ the qualities I am specifically after are the ability to really crank the threshold and boost the volume like crazy while preserving the transients to a certain degree ie avoiding a completely flat signal with all the peaks and dips complete chopped off ~ the level of transient preservation in the signal seen in the image below is similar to the range I would like to achieve
Also for those familiar with the L1 in Cubasis~ how does this compare? Is there a limiter that behaves more like the L2 that you prefer?
