  • I did one recently, maybe 2 days ago and it worked fine.

    But it sounds like there is a symbol or character something like *:”€£¥§^[]{}><\…~|%@#$&;+=/;()’,. In the redeem code that shouldn’t be there.

    Did you get to the tech support or iTunes/media account support?

    I mean usually it will say something like “error #whatever”. “Bad Message” seems really weird.

    Hopefully your update works. Otherwise, check for Profiles, VPNs, and Security software. This is especially true if you use the same ones on all devices. Disable them temporarily if you are.

    If the issue is happening everywhere and it’s not working after your update, you might just ask to get to iTunes media support as it could be an account issue rather than a tech support issue since it’s happening on all devices.

  • The update fixed it on my phone! Holding out to update on the iPad though. Thanks for the feedback
