The app got its first update since 2016. looks interesting and is made by Strange Agency who also did Soup Granular.
Does anyone have any info on this app? Yay / Nay?

Got it. It sounds good but still no audio import working.
@Charlesalbert : so are you saying there is no way to get your own sounds into it? The store text says you can load from iTunes (a p.i.t.a., obvs) record from iPad , or ‘paste audio from other applications’ - have you tried the clipboard option from AudioShare?
Thanks. I kinda like Soup but don’t think I’ll spring for another semi-crippled app.
I’ll try ASAP and I post a video here👍
You can definitely share audio with it from the files app or audioshare...
Hmm. Got it, can get my own files into it from AudioShare by ‘Moving’ from AudioShare to the MegaCurtisBig folder in ‘On My IPad’. So far, quite crashy, and hard to get a decent sound out of it, fiddly interface. It’s like a minor subset of Samplr’s functions, but a million times less useful. Ah well, lesson learnt.
I'm a little disappointed that even though it has AudioBus support now it's still very difficult to get it to play with other synths etc. Don't be fooled by the 'interapp audio' support in the description - that's only because it loads in Audioshare - not as a true IAA in AUM...
Agreed, just tried that, and it didn’t, neither can AUM recognise it directly, so it is pretty useless to me, unfortunately. Pity, because I fancied the sideways take this and their oilcan delay (based on real hard and wetware, I discovered) promised.
I use it stand along and love it, soup takes too much CPU for me and I just like this better. I know I throw around classics like nothing but this is a classic or was it just Curtiss first oh year wow.
They released a freebie a few days back. Haven’t see it mentioned here yet

It’s for Macs, not iOS.
Do you find that this brings something to the table that other iOS granular synths don't?
I have it on my iPhone
Just been updated, def an iOS product
@thinds I stand corrected. Needs iOS 14 though and I’m not yet going to update. Thanks for the heads-up though.
Well, I would say other granular may be better and more powerful. However, it has a unique vibe and old school interface that I love. It also has never crashed even on my old iPad. I may have even gotten it on sale, but would pay $10 if I randomly saw it. It 'may' be more unique or niche im sure someone more tech than me can chime in. Cheers, I say get it.
