BM3 Sample loop crossfade not working

I’ve been loading wav samples on the sampler on BM3 and setting loop points and selecting loop forward but the crossfade still displays “N/A” and I am unable to set the crossfade. I am using the latest version of BM3. Is this a bug issue with BM3?

    Disk streaming and live stretch have to be set to off
