SWAM's models use very little storage. There are no samples (or maybe some very short ones). This means we might see something like PianoTeq on IOS this year. Using CPU rather
than disk streaming to create a realistic piano (or any other beautiful instrument) is ideal
for devices running IOS. We have CPU's but not too much storage and disk streaming means
we have less resource for parallel apps working in the same project.
Physical Modeling is the way. Maybe some of the big dogs will throw in some new products: Korg, Yamaha, Roland, Propellerheads.
If SWAM makes money with these new price points that will also encourage investment. Start saving up.
