Polyphase Windows alternative?

Hello, does anyone know any alternatives for Polyphase on windows? I'm quite impressed over it's generative capabilities, and am looking for something to use in a DAW :)

  • Perhaps Sugar Bytes Consequence

There's an incredible amount of very good generative sequencers available as Max4Live devices.

Yep, I know. Currently using FL Studio and Reaper though :(

There is some cool stuff in Reaktor like NOD-E, but Polyphase seems to be exactly what I'm looking for (controlled randomization?). The results from Polyphase seems very musical, and perfect for something like Game Audio :#

Also I checked out Sugar Bytes Consequence, seems similar to the sequencing capabilities of Pigments yeah?

  • Also have tried Stochas, which is great for MIDI.

Is Polyphase is the deal then just use it!
I would connect iPad and desktop via Bluetooth, send MIDI clock from your DAW and return MIDI generated by Polyphase. Hit record, done.

  • I only have an old iPad on a old OS :(

Is it possible to test on a emulator or do I need a iPad to test it?
