Virsyn Audioffx busted after iOS update. Anyone else confirm?

Ugh... one of my most used fx apps seem to have broken after the latest iOS update.
So much so that it actually causes my iPad to crash after driving AUM to like 800% dsp!
Anyone else see this?
I’m worried now because virsyn is less than responsive when it comes to fixing stuff...

    His responsiveness doesn't seem to have changed much. He reads messages and you may or may not hear back from him. He issued a number of bug fix releases lately. So, he seems not to have stopped being responsive.

    Try a device restart? Maybe remove and re-install the app?

    Which iOS/iPadOS version do you have? "Latest" doesn't give much detail.

    It might help to name the app also, not just "Audioffx".

    I’m seeing problems with AudioLayer after the most recent update. A key feature i use a lot is gone (not a huge problem as there is a workaround but annoying). And the AU drives up DSP in AUM as you describe. Also noted that after the DSP settles into a reasonable range i get reverb pops on samples with the start marker moved. I sent virsyn a report and heard nothing. Now I’m regretting downloading the update.

    This 14.4 update seems to be a f’ing dumpster fire for me. AUM sessions that used to run fine on 1024 buffer at around 70% dsp now s#it the bed at over 100% dsp...

    Something big changed and broke a lot of stuff it seems. 😠
