Hella-Chopper
Hi I just released a new app called Hella-Chopper, for slicing up drum beats and other samples. Check it out.

Looks dope. Congratulations!
Double post
Ah dang it. Didn't even occur to me there would be no record function until after I bought and checked it out. Any plans?
Yup, only sample loading until now.
Looks very much like Samplist app to me
Congratulations on the release @bPhasor - am I missing the overview of capabilities? Can this slice then export?
ReSlice lite?
😂😂😂
No, but that’s a good idea. I mainly just wanted a way to trigger slices in an audio unit, or a standalone.> @Jumpercollins said:
It’s quite similar! But it has AUv3, and the UI is a bit different.
Recording an option @bPhasor ?
Transient detection would be a great addition.
Transient detection is possible. I probably won’t add recording though.
I can't believe I'm saying this but it's one of those rare situations where I'd make an IAP for a record function.
Samplist is back from the dead
and it will have resampling
@bPhasor looks dope mate. That's what I wanted for Samplist but I had no success with AUv3, and from what I read it's super tricky to implement withouth proper documentation.
Samplist does that.
Thanks @alexbuga
