Hi, inspired by Swam trumpet, I’m looking for best acoustic guitar, electric and bass guitars avaible on Ios market. What would your reccomendations be?

    Try using fretboard in synthmaster one player with midi out to control whatever you are generating string instrument sounds with.

    Acoustic Guitars come in 2 major categories:

    1. Nylon String/Spanish : My favorite Nylon String guitar is in BeatHawk's IAP "Baroque". It has a "Classical Guitar" with "Finger, Nails, Harmonics and Pizzicato" versions. You also get a Harp, Celesta, Harpsicorde and Baroque PianoForte instruments.
    2. Steel String : I haven't found one yet. I suspect the sonic variety of this instrument might require a "model" or a sampled product in the order of the Ravenscroft 275 piano.

    NOTE: UVI makes BeatHawk and Ravenscroft. I'm hoping they make more sampled instruments for IOS.

    In recent months 3-4 Rhodes Piano products have come out from the smaller development shops. So, I hope they will adapt their platforms for additional sample sets with the right attention to details.

    Not AU but Guitarism always sounded pretty good to my ears. Also fun/natural to play. AB compatible plus MIDI out. Full disclosure: haven’t opened it in several iOS versions.

    Also, GarageBand ships with good acoustic sounds.
