We just released our new 6 song EP, of which 2/3rds were started on the iPad! Ever since I got the iPad, I was waiting to find a good way to work it into our tunes. I had purchased it near the end of our last big project so it didn't get much use there. On this one, many of the synths and sample mangling was done on the iPad. Some of my choice apps were Borderlands, Samplr, NFM, Addstation, AUM, iDensity, and Strng. My writing partner and I both really loved working with the stems as opposed to MIDI in the DAW, it led us to some more creative places.
