Virtual ANS 3 - Self-Evolution Possible in Key?
Really curious about this one, but a couple of things I’m not clear about...
Can you constrain its output to a scale? If not natively it appears to support midi in so could you achieve this with ANS by putting say Rozeta Scaler or ScaleBud in front on if in the midi chain? Fwiw I use AUM.
Also, can it be fed a constant audio stream such that its output dynamically changes in realtime (without straying out of key, per above). I’m wondering how hands-off on-the-fly generative it can get. I’m thinking for example pipe its own output (or that of another evolving track) back into it so as to evolve the waveform that drives ANS’s output. If that’s not possible are there other ways to make it self-evolve in a hands off fashion?
For those who own it, do you find it very useable, stable etc? How midi controllable is it? I assume its best fit is ambient music but anyone using it for other genres?

I can confirm that you can feed MIDI to it from any sequencer or other midi source inside AUM, e g Riffer, (which I am using right now) and it will be constrained to whatever the source is putting out. If you put Riffer into endless mode, you have generative...
