Is there a simple way to convert midi to audio?
I created a tune in the Tune Maker app, exported a midi file and want to import it as an audio file to Auria (I have the “non-pro” version of Auria) so I can use it as a backing track for tracking instruments over it. I’ll eventually delete the audio so I don’t really care what it sounds like as long as I can hear the distinct voices. I just need it to provide the structure of the tune for tracking.
Is there no simple (and free/cheap) way to play this midi file in AUM and record it as audio? Some other method?

MIDI is just a list of notes to play. To turn it into audio, you need to import the MIDI into a MIDI sequencer and have the MIDi play appropriate instruments.
I got it done in GarageBand.
