Neova Ring Can Be Used With SWAM iOS
This seems like the best way to control expressiveness. Apparently can be programmed with a computer and used with iOS.
And here is AudioModeling testing it out with SWAM Sax. @Gavinski... are you sold? $400 btw😳😉😘

Or a Genki Wave Ring 200$ cheaper
And then pick up a Widimaster or widi jack for 59$
And you can directly connect with various din devices. Though genki wave does directly connect to iOS as well. It’s all about that sweet, sweet vibrato!

It does put out MIDI using Pitch Bend and MOD Wheel CC's, I think.
But they use some desktop software to configure it called the "Dashboard". I had to poke around to find a compatibility statement in their Support FAQ Maze:
I had correspondence with Enhancia. The Neova ring can be programmed on a computer and then used with iOS and SWAM. Seems better than the Roli squish.
@tput73 Wave and Widimaster on sale for $259 now. Are you saying Wave can be used with iOS but you need WidiMaster?
I have used the Wave for a while and can confirm it does the trick for about $200.
Thanks @lukesleepwalker. Do you find it a lot more effective than mod wheels and expression pedals? Also, did you program it on a computer for use with an iPad?
It’s totally different from wheels and pedals for my use cases but expression is quite easy to dial in. You definitely need to use the Mac/PC software to dial in the parameters you want but the software is very good. Super easy to use.
Or use MusicKraken
Looks pretty good. Nice that it willy basically convert any keyboard into anpe controller. Annoying as hell though that none of these mpe devs make iOS software to tweak their stuff. It is important to be able to easily adjust sensivity for these things. At least we now have that 3rs party dashboard app for Roli devices. I'd like to see sensel up their game to make an iOS app.
