  • Looks interesting, anyone have experience with these or the non-bundle releases?

There aren't any non-bundle releases of these - it's a brand new set of effects. Just downloaded (I'm a big fan of his stuff) and so far I'm impressed - his interfaces are always a bit unusual but you can get some interesting sounds out of them if you spend a bit of time getting to know them. No manuals or demo vids yet, but I'm sure there will be soon.

    Good to know.

  • Anthony is a magician. I will buy as soon as I get home from work😂

  • ReverbiumUnus. We've all been there.

Yeah, the names do somewhat have unfortunate (or fortunate, depending on your kinks lol) echoes of torture, gimp rooms etc. With interface to match 😜. @iOSTRAKON not implying anything, but this is your kind of madness probably. 😂

  • The prince of weird is back!

  • What are you trying to say, @Gavinski ?😁

  • Anthony’s user interface concepts are definitely an acquired taste:

  • 4 AU’s in one. Not too shabby. If anyone grabs it let us know how it is...

  • I love them.

  • Quite interesting and unique results. I love the out-of-the-normal approach of his apps.

  • Just the reverb

  • This guy’s stuff is too crazy for me. Sorta like that Self-a-Fuzz developer but with even more insanity and even more macabre UIs. Esoteric Synth was ridiculous.

  • No disrespect to the developer, but most of those panels are basically unreadable. Never use a low contrast color or tone for text when it’s on a dark background. That is UI design 101. Speaking for myself, I wouldn’t buy these apps because they’d be too inconvenient for production if their functions are not clearly and quickly identifiable.

I told him this already. The reverb is the only one that is remotely legible. I couldn't see the others properly at all. Total lack of contrast. Hopefully he will fix it, they can do some interesting sounds, reverb struck me as the most interesting after just a quick demo of presets

  • If we want to say all also changing parameters is very difficult turning the knobs😂😂😂

These apps are always interesting but they are severely lacking in UI and UX

  • As to the lacking contrast issue I just got this from Anthony:

„I apologize for the problem, I have already sent a new Build in release, tomorrow it should be updated with a better graphic contrast.„

  • Yes @Philandering_Bastard I also sent him an email earlier today and got this reply ✌️

  • Released the update.

  • Do any of these sync to host BPM or have Ableton Link? I can't find anything about tempo matching.

They sync to host, no link as far as I can tell.

Nice they got fixed so quickly

  • Are these apps(?) multipanel behemoths like his other apps or simpler one panel jobs?

  • From the brief look I have taken so far there is no scrolling involved, praise be 😜

@audiblevideo I‘d say for Anthony this suite has a downright spartan, minimalist look. Joking aside, you get about a dozen controls per panel, clearly labelled and, after the update, legible. You still have the idiosyncratic way of having to select increment ranges for the filter etc. Can’t say that I’m in love with those but it’s okay. Also not a lot of presets so far.
Otoh I really like the sound and range.

    That’s better.

  • I’ve just found that the High Pass Filter knob in the Reverb unit is not working properly, it is impossible to increase it more than 26/27Hz.
