StepPolyArp Deep Dive Video Walkthrough (5 Laurent Colson apps + 1 copy of Mela 2 to give away!)
StepPolyArp Unit is a truly OUTSTANDING polyphonic and poly rhythmic midi step arpeggiator and step sequencer AUv3 for iOS (both iPhone and iPad!). Put simply, it is one of the best midi apps there is for iOS and I recommend it without reservation. In this video tutorial I walk you through all the main features of the app and provide plenty of tips for creative uses as well as suggesting good apps to combine it with for even more powerful midi madness. I finish up with a review of the app's strong points and mention a few ideas for improvements.
I want to say a big thanks to people who contributed to my thread here to share their power user tips on using S.P.A: Soundtemple, Crafty Curate, Mr Blaschke, Aleyas, Samu, AudibleVideo. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Please remember folks to help out the channel by not watching these behind an ad blocker, as I am sure you do not want to exploit your dear old Gavinski any more than YouTube is already exploiting him 😉. Thank you for your support - more people have been watching ads and I can actually see that the YouTube ad revenue is increasing. Big thanks everyone!

Thanks @Gavinski for the video!
Watching now, thanks @Gavinski
StepPolyArp is fantastic! Best $15 I’ve ever spent along with Chordpolypad!
I will shortly be watching this as just reward for a day of minor failures at work
Cheers folks!
I haven't really looked into Chordpolypad yet Mike, though I have it. Any things you find it excels at compared to other apps in that genre?
@Gavinski
@ Mike ) but i also like CPP - it is „just fluid“, has a fitting UI, allows gestures on Pads, can strum the chords in various alternations on a per Pad configuration, easy to configure, and more... I like it. One of my oldest Apps i still use from time to time. One of the few i never bothered that it is not AU until the developer added it but still prefer to use in Standalone mode.
I am not a Stuntman (
The X-Y pad built into each CPP chord button, combined with a good synth, makes it a playable instrument.
That sounds good indeed!
