song titles from Aum to Audioshare
I meticulously name recordings in Aum, but when I want to access them in Audioshare, to listen or export etc., I find they have often lost the name I gave and acquired the handle ‘Unknown’. What is it I fail to understand? Sorry if this is a well-travelled issue or I have missed something obvious...

That has never happened to me.
What OS version?
Are you giving the tracks long names ? Or perhaps using a special character that might be triggering an issue?
Yes, that is strange. I've never seen this either.
Before doing any rendering to audio, it's best to name the session and save it in AUM. That way all the recordings land in a folder with the session name.
Are you perhaps renaming the files, then somehow recording again? If so, and if the session is unnamed, you will get unnamed files.
Because I use a lot off different beat cycles, I give names of the longish side, like ‘8.5 Ashta Jhaptal iii 2021-03-24 22:50:23’ (featuring a cycle in 17/8, referred to in the Indian classical system as 8.5/4; I asked different question about this before). Often adding the bpm, though that generally travels within the folder with no trouble).
As an experiment try simpler names to see if that plays a role.
