Best synth ever. Shame about cpu but the arp seems to make it high cpu. Think the standard waveforms latch ( sine etc ) when you switch waveforms. Worth the money.
Most of the high CPU patches are running multiple oscillators simultaneously. When running 4 of these it can gobble CPU esp with high grain density etc.
Definitely a highlight of 2020.
Not to be a stickler but on iOS FRMS is actually 53.3% off which is $7.99 off making it $6.99. Lol.

Yeah. The arp though tripled cpu ( by cpu readings ) Not usually bothered about arps and effects on synths ( not sure why ) Seperate delay ( I think is good ) and the arp were good on a patch but still a great synth. I guess better synths need better devices but hope theres optimisation. Its kind of like multiple synths anyway with the waveforms and solos.
Looks like a fun synth, but I regret that I cannot buy it... I’m running out of space! Waiting for the new iPad Pro then I can jump back into buying massive apps again.

You can! From the manual: „ In FRMS case, an operator can not only be an oscillator, but also a granulator engine, turning everything even more interesting.“

You can indeed! I cover this in the video I just made. Both waveforms and samples can be carriers or modulators! Extremely cool.
