I have never gotten FRMS to work on my iPad. It always overloads the cpu.
Cheers guys, yeah, Imaginando have been crazy generous here. 120 euros for desktop FRMS. I think about 60 euros for all LK IAPs?

There’s a slider in settings with which you can reduce the number of voices used. It helps a bit.
Even though it is only 4 voices Max by default on iOS lol. Frankly though, with 4 layers one or two voices can be plenty.
It’s not the first synth I’d bang intricate chord progressions out on, that’s for sure 🤣
I have never gotten FRMS to work on my iPad. It always overloads the cpu.> @Gavinski said:
I lowered it to two voices to no avail. My AUM setup right now takes 42% of cpu. Load frms and it jumps to over 100% and crackles incessantly. This happens every time I’ve tried to use it in AUM. I cannot recommend this app for that reason. It just doesn’t work.
Perhaps another idea: raise your buffer size. My creaky Air 2 handles FRMS okay at 1024, nothing else running, mind.
This synth would se a good candidate for high buffer size trick, as most of the sounds it is good for don't need a fast attack
