Make Noise Black & Gold Shared System Plus: I’m in love 🥰
http://makenoisemusic.com/synthesizers/black-and-gold-shared-system-plus
I vowed to be iOS only, but Make Noise keeps tempting me to break my vow... please don’t tell my iPad 😩
I want everything they make!
Will someone let me borrow $4495? 😆

I was going to make a snarky remark about overpriced hipster gear but then I remembered that this is about what I paid for a new M1 in 1989, inflation adjusted.
Carry on.

Of course you can build up to it, one module at a time, paycheck to paycheck. Just like any addiction. Except the first taste isn’t free...
Lots of comments saying it pairs nicely with the Erica Synths Techno Systems which is only another $5K...
Go ooooon!
This is pretty cool as an all in one for the, er, budget minded modularist. (Is there such a thing?):

😂
😱
Nice! I’ve thought about Behringer 🤔
Speaking from personal experience. It's best to start small with modular. Research which modules might be best for your personal workflow. On average, 104hp or one standard row of Eurorack will cost around $2k. Double that and you have the Shared System.
I built my setup around Make Noise Tape and Microsound system and another Make Noise Skiff so that I could get other modules. With modular, the GAS never stops, lol. So, I'll eventually want a bigger case, but I've used those two cases to swap modules in/out as I'm working on things. My wishlist of modules is in the thousands, but the goal is not to spend that. LOL.
don't get me started - been watching this guy for a few months now...

Thank you for this insight! Make Noise is just one of those companies that makes special stuff. Their gear looks and sounds fantastic! Innovative interfaces as well.
No problem, would definitely recommend miRack to explore the possibilities of modular. Yeah, Make Noise makes great stuff. I'm just unlocking the awesomeness of Maths and I've had it for over a year.
PLEASE, please, p l e a s e
Don't post your Eurorack porn here...
My heart and wallet can't take it.

Sorry, this thing is dreamy!
Like the first time I saw a Ferrari 250 GTO $$$$$ (last sold for $48.4 million 😱) in person 😍
