App to help me practice scales on the piano?
Not looking to sight read music notation. Not looking for fingering. Not looking for broad/general music theory. 100% looking for something microphone based (iPhone or iPad) because I want to use it with the house piano, not a midi controller.
I just want to practice left and right hand scales chromatically in all keys. And then get feedback on how I did. Just the common western basic scales. I’m interested in increasing my dexterity and playing consistency, not my musical knowledge.
The app I’m dreaming about has a metronome built in and some microphone-based way to detect flubbed notes. “Flubs” would be based on the incoming pitch (incorrect notes) and the timing (late/early notes based on the metronome).
Optimally, it would be gamified along those lines. I could see that I was doing better or worse over time. And get cute emoji when I do well.

You might not want to exclude fingering from your criteria, as it’s pretty important in improving dexterity.
