Apparently so! As input.
Suh weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!
Cool. The demos I've seen are pretty amazing.
Oh this is such a bargain, if you dont have this go get it now
Been waiting for a sale on this one, Wow so addictive, made me late for work this morning! No hesitations in highly recommending it.
What was the original price? $20 U.S.?
Got it now. It is amazing!
I paid 30. Get it
Sounds like I might have to get it with the iTunes voucher I just got for my birthday (well I got a Boots voucher but swiftly bought an iTunes voucher with it!)

Great sale.
Yea ive been waiting for this one. Im sure the dev will see some quick $$!
How do you control the scale that the notes play in? I think I looked everywhere, but didn't find any way to change this...
Ha! This thing is sick! I used to hate being on the road, but all this virtual gear makes the jogs fly by. Plus, instead of annoying each other the whole time, everybody arrives at the venue with about 20 new concept-records each! The disconnect between the apps and stage rig is shrinking as well: a couple of us are incorporating the virtual gear into sets more and more (particularly me). Is it a crime that I use a Moog Little Phatty Stage II primarily as a midi controller as of late?! In fact, I barely use any on-board patches on the Motif or the Nord anymore... The vintage boards (Rhodes/Hammond) are a different story, though. Thanks for the tip on this one!
REMINDER: Sale is TODAY ONLY!
Keeps getting deeper as I dig....this thing is like the rabbit hole of synth apps.
@richardyot. My understanding is that you need to have the Osc frequency controlled by a Seq, and then you set the scale in the sequencer section by moving the sliders into a midi note pattern.
Spent the last of my credits on this one. Damn these 1 day sales! =P
I can't stress enough what a deal this is! Very deep synth. I use it quite a bit for creating textures and atmospheres. Also if you happen to have bought Crystalline...try pumping TC-11 into it! You may get lost for hours!
Is this app somehow related to the band Ozric Tentacles? A few patches seem to be named after songs by the band, and in fact the Spyroid patch uses the same basic rhythm and melody of the same song by the band.
I think the dev is just a fan.
I actually managed to pass on this one. Rare occasion for me. I had bought apps on sale on almost a daily basis for the last week (or two), and while I get the appeal of this one, I watched a video, it didn't connect with me immediately, so I decided I could do without it for awhile.
But man, what a beautiful interface! I had no idea how to make anything purposeful out of it other than cool noises, but what a cool looking app!

Thanks - I'll look into it. Not quite as user friendly as just choosing a scale from a menu then I guess software has made me lazy!

Haha. Well I bought it and after having spent 30mins on it last night I wish I never got it. It has a fairly limited use in songs unless you dig deeper into the innards of the app which I just have no time for. More than effective use as an instrument I bought it for my daughter to hook her up on synths and possibly for my music therapy for people with limited movement. The wow effect of the graphics combined with the sound is definitely there but is still less than what I experienced when I first got my hands on Animoog. For the price I should definitely stop complaining but I wouldn't be a happy bunny if I'd paid the full price.
It also reminds me a lot of synthstatic and mugician, apps with much less eye candy but much more immediately playable.
Tasty. I checked out Doug's video and then bought it. Doug should be on a percentage.
I suck at embedding videos.
@Supadom. I got this for possible use with people with complex needs too. And I agree and understand your feelings on first goes. I may have a little more time and am tempted to keep messing for a while longer but I think what would be ideal is a somewhere to access shared presets as I think that's the main issue for me. The provided examples are all designed for sound effect stuff and very little for core music making duties. But maybe with some tweaking?
Here's a demo with DM1 and I'm pretty sure it's the Stomp Box Lead preset in TC
Thanks @Thinds, I was going through all the presets! The More Rokk preset is playable too.
For an example of how it can be musically useful and "playable" check out the Twinkle Twinkle patch..,,
