I know this might derail this thread, but I wonder how much trouble and expense it would be for The SoundTestRoom to resurrect their awesome App sales and new release webpage They used to have. I think it was really the most awesome and convenient place to go to find out what was going on with apps.

That iteration of the SoundTestRoom no longer exists. It used to be a collaboration between three persons who have gone their separate ways. Doug retained the name for his YouTube channel, but that's all that remains of the original partnership.

Cheers mate. To find newly released apps, I check a few places, appsliced.com (not just for sales has a new release section too,) this forum because @white is on point and usually starts a thread if it’s music related, synthyfrog as mentioned above, various Facebook groups about iOS Music, as well as following developers on Twitter/Insta/YouTube. Also YouTube channels that talk about iOS music, news, and app reviews, there’s easily a dozen great ones.
It’s mostly the first 2. Appsliced and this forum.
You can change filter settings to your liking but I have it set to newest, and music apps only.
