Record Video and separate audio on iPad?

Please help.
I want to record myself playing guitar with iPad video but audio from different audio sources. Either apps like Biasfx etc or from lightning in from my amp.
Using AB I can easily select my audio source but when a switch to video it defaults to the iPad mic?
Any video apps that allow different audio inputs for instance

    The approach I use is simply to record in AUM while doing my screen record. I then replace the audio with the AUM recording. I do it in LumaFusion, but I believe you can do this in iMovie too.

    When I record video with my Roland Duo Capture plugged in the video uses the input of the Duo Capture.
