Turkey / 4th in Covid
A big surge in infection rate in Turkey. Members may not know that SynthMaster devs @kv331audio_bulent and his brother, and @cem_olcay are Turkish. I’m guessing there are a bunch of other forum members as well. Having lived in Istanbul for three+ yrs I can tell you Turkish people, culture, food... everything (except the language, which is way too difficult) is laudable. An incredible combination of ancient and modern. The political scene is oppressive and disheartening. The economy pretty bad, too. Adding Covid really burdens the citizenry. My best wishes and hopes for a quick turnaround for our Turkish friends.
