So no AB yet but its supposed to be coming soonish, anyhow I'd never used this so its a good time to have a look and its cheap

    Nice demo. I imagine this would sound great through some of the AUFX apps or Crystalline. Would love for this to be on Audiobus.

    I don't know that it actually sounds like a bowed instrument, but that doesn't mean it's "bad", per se. The slider thing he showed off around the 3:00 mark that supposed to be a "bow" sounds more like a vibrato modifier - the bow itself would not add a vibrato effect, but could impact volume swells.

    I'll take a look for $0.99, but until it has AB, it's a toy, and it feels like paying for a standalone app where I could just go find a different SoundFont if I wanted a new variation on a string sound.

    And isn't Blue Mangoo (iFretless) working on a bowed instrument app as well ? That will most likely have AB from the get-go, but it's been a long time since I heard anything about that project...does anyone know?

    I had this since release, I think the dev released it trying out making physical modeling synths (which this is). Using the "bow mode" and set it to an Asian scale and it can sound pretty Erhu like if one plays the thing right (Erhu as in the Chinese bow stringed folk instrument). And plus one on the Audiobus, putting this through things like Crystalline, audioreverb, and Kymaticas apps would be amazing.

    Neat app, sounding something like a bowed Theremin - but really needs AB which would enable some amazing sonic possibilities !
